Fax PRO is a robust and intelligent fax server solution for your e-mail server environment. Fax functionality is extended to your existing e-mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express and Lotus Notes, providing your e-mail users with the abilities to send, receive, and manage all their faxes and e-mails from one central place with a few clicks of the mouse. There is nothing new required on the user workstations and they will not need to learn anything new.
Users can send and receive faxes from any e-mail client (Outlook 9x/2000/XP/2003, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, Eudora, etc.) without installing any new software on their workstations or training them to learn something new.
Users send and receive faxes as easily as they send e-mails. They create messages to be faxed in exactly the same way they send an e-mail message. E-mail users receive incoming faxes directly to their inbox manually, or automatically using automatic forwarding functions such as DID, CSID, etc. Inbound faxes are received and routed in the form of e-mail messages with TIFF attachments.
